Migration Center

Move to InfiOrbit with evidence before cutover.

Inventory your source, preview the target structure, validate permissions, and approve a dry-run manifest before a single production object moves.

Supported sources

Bring structure, content, and confidence

Purpose-built connectors preserve hierarchy while every imported object enters through the same security and indexing path as a native upload.

Dropbox

Keep the simplicity, add the controls: bring your Dropbox folders across with structure intact and land in a tenant your security team can actually audit.

Google Drive

Move shared drives into governed team folders — same collaboration, with residency, key custody and audit answers Google Workspace admins struggle to give.

OneDrive & SharePoint

Consolidate M365 file sprawl into one governed tenant — the importer reads Microsoft 365 sources directly.

Box

Keep enterprise content management discipline, gain AI-native search and a lower-friction developer story.

File servers (WebDAV / SFTP)

Point the importer at a WebDAV or SFTP share and lift the whole tree into governed cloud storage — structure preserved, every file scanned.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

Every migration follows the same audited flow, whatever the source.

1. Connect the source

Add the source from the Migration Center with a scoped credential. Credentials are envelope-encrypted at rest and never shown again.

2. Review the dry-run manifest

A mandatory dry run lists everything in scope — folders, items and total bytes — before a single byte is written, so there are no surprises.

3. Run the gated import

The run recreates your folder structure and routes every file through the same malware quarantine gate as a first-party upload. Per-item errors are reported without aborting the migration.

Make migration a controlled program, not a leap of faith.

Create a destination workspace or work with our migration team on inventory, mapping, dry-run acceptance, and cutover governance.
