Security and trust

Protection that is visible, enforceable, and reviewable.

InfiOrbit secures content before availability, isolates every tenant, constrains every action by explicit scope, and records the evidence your reviewers need.

Control architecture

A secure path with no bypass lane

Controls are part of the content lifecycle, identity boundary, and operator plane—not optional settings teams must remember to enable.

Encryption everywhere

TLS in transit and per-tenant KMS keys at rest. Presigned URLs are short-lived and scoped to a single object.

Bring your own key

Register your own KMS key as your tenant's master key. Revoke it and your data is instantly unreadable — we keep no escrow copy. HYOK with a customer-hosted key service is available as an enterprise add-on.

Antivirus quarantine gate

Content is scanned before it is ever reachable. Infected objects are quarantined and never promoted to production.

Least-privilege access

Deny-by-default authorization: an endpoint with no declared scope fails closed. Access is granted through explicit, auditable RBAC roles.

Complete audit trail

Every file, session and administrative action is recorded with actor, resource and before/after state for compliance review.

Tenant lifecycle controls

Platform operators can suspend or reactivate a tenant and force-logout a user instantly through a separate, isolated control plane.

Data residency ready

Tenants are pinned to a region so data stays where your compliance regime requires it.

How it works

The malware quarantine gate

Every uploaded object follows the same one-way path — it can only reach production storage after passing a clean scan.

  1. Isolate

Uploads land in an isolated quarantine bucket, unreachable by downloads or previews.

  2. Inspect

The object is scanned for malware. Infected content is quarantined and never promoted.

  3. Promote

Only a clean object is promoted to production storage and indexed for search.

  4. Serve

Downloads and previews are served exclusively from production, scanned objects.
